Roasted Squash w/ Pecan Soup! Pureed roasted butternut squash, onions and pecans in a perfect blend! This will almost taste like desert from the all-natural caramelized veggies! Includes a dash of cream to make it smooth and soothing. About 170 cals/ serving.

Fall Harvest Side!  We are bringing back this full flavored side dish for your seasonal enjoyment!  We bring together the flavors of roasted sweet potatoes, walnuts, celery, apples, raisins, and parsley with a flavorful citrus/ginger dressing. Packed with fiber and nutrients, about 190 cals/serving
Pickled Beets!!  Fresh from the Farmer’s Market to my pickling jar! They smell like the holidays with clove, cinamanon and allspice. They’ll be zippy and will give you super powers (and colorful output too!) They are full of antioxidants, are anti-inflammatory, protect the liver, and promote cardiovascular health!. Home-style Turkey Noodle Soup!  Home-made turkey stock with yummy veggies, turkey tid-bits and broad egg noodles. Much healthier than store/restaurant brands.  It will feel like home, I promise!  Our generous serving is about 200 calories

Indonesian Carrot SoupA creamy soup with a ton of flavors of sweet curried-spices, Rice added to make it even richer! Tasty served hot or cold! This carrot soup makes for a terrific vegan meal, or side dish! cals per serving.
Korean Bean Sprouts Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian flavor. Includes sesame oil, vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered bell pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts. I hope you enjoy it!

Southwest Soup! A vegetarian southwest soup with surprising flavors:   jalapeno, bell pepper, corn, black beans, and onion, with a squash soup base. Many say its super! (about 200 cals/serving, but provides tons of fiber and plant protein)

Kale n Bean Decadence! This has everything you need to love.  Healthy kale and beans, braised with BACON , onions, garlic, and other seasonings.  Basically… we have added some healthy leafy veggies and legumes to make decadent cuisine sinless.   About 200/serving

Lovely Lentil Soup!  Not yet a fan of the lentil? Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups. It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor. Our generous serving is about 180 calories.

Celery Bisque! Simple classic flavors that should be savored! We blend leeks, celery and potato, into a smooth gratifying puree and lace with creme friache, lemon, and a touch of cayenne. Let it fill your taste buds. About 200 cals per serving.
