Mediterranean Red Chowder!   Give it a try:  It’s so refreshing, exotic, and nutritious!  Flavors include a tomato base with red pepper, eggplant, basil and lots of lemon zest and other Mediterranean flavors.   It is also less than 150 calories/serving.

Apple Slaw! This sweet-tart slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cherries, and walnuts. This is really delicious! About 125 cals/per serving.

Pickled Beets!!  Fresh from the farmer’s market to my pickling jar! They smell like the holidays with clove, cinnamon and allspice. They’ll be zippy and will give you super powers (and colorful output too!) They are full of antioxidants, are anti-inflammatory, protect the liver, and promote cardiovascular health!. Healthy French Onion Soup! An amazing classic onion soup swimming in a rich beef broth with sherry and fresh thyme, but no fatty cheese. Will provide crouton topper. Super fresh and light for this time of year. Only 100 calories and filled with flavor… let’s try it!

Smokey Pinto Bean Soup! Inspired by Chef Shafer! This mild-spicy, flavor-filled soup will tickle your taste buds. We will blend pinto beans, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini in a broth flavored with cilantro, and smokey chipolte. It really is sooo good! About 180 cals per serving.
No-Mayo Coleslaw!   This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an sweetened vinegar marinade! Nice way to break-up a heavy meal or have as a light lunch.  (less than 90 calories per serving).

Barley n Greens Soup! This is my favorite soup.  I literally lick the bowl with this herby, lemony, textury, nutritious, low-calorie soup.  Trust me, you’ll like it too!  It has spinach, kale, chard, and barley, flavored with green onion, dill, mint, fennel fronds and lemon, in a vegetable broth.  We include a Feta cheese topper, but can request NO FETA TOPPER with order.  Only 140 calories/serving

Korean Bean Sprouts!  Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian flavor. Includes sesame oil, vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered bell pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts. I hope you enjoy it!

Three Bean Plus Side!  Our bean salad includes green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, white and green onion, and bell pepper, in a sweetened vinegar dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad! About 150 calories per serving
