Tawdry Tortellini Soup! It’s so good, it’s sinful (yet far healthier than a restaurant version). Of course it’s filled with love, but I’ll keep us in calorie-control with cheese-filled tortellini, kielbasa, peas, tomatoes, fennel, and spinach. Treat yourself, it’s still less than 250 cals per serving

Apple n Pecan Chickpea Salad! A vegan version of the traditional chicken salad, with chickpeas apples, pecan, cranberries, parsley and a creamy tahini dressing. About 260 cals per serving.

Tomato Cucumber Bliss! This is one of my favorites for FRESH and FLAVORFUL! Similar to a Capri Salad without the diary. This delight includes tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, chopped basil and parsley, marinated in a tart vinaigrette and a pepperchini topper. Less than 100 cals/serving.!

Spicy Hummus w/ stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better. Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalapeño, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas. Served with a stack of veggies, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy

Grandma’s Cabbage Soup!   You know this if you have ever treated yourself to cabbage soup when you’ve been sick, or on a cleanse.  It has souper powers!   Let us serve you with a veggie brothy soup with cabbage, tomato, celery, onion, garlic, and herbs.  Less than 90 calories per serving!

Mediterranean Lentils! Another favorite with lots of flavor and fiber.  A great source of protein from the lentils and garnished with carrots, parsley, bell pepper, red onion, and curried spices.  Each serving is about 16 grams of protein, 15 grams of fiber and about 190 cals.

Marinated Cucumbers! Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my family served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty. And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!

Tzatziki w/ Stix!   Otherwise known as that yogurt and cucumber dip you love at Greek restaurants.  Made with with yogurt, cucumber, fresh mint and dill, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Veggie dippers included.

Tomatillo Soup!  This is a vegan version of a traditional Posole. Slow-cooked tomatillos w/ hominy, a variety of chilies, diced tomatoes, cilantro, pepitos, and many flavors to provide a flavorful Mexican treat.  This dish would be excellent for breakfast served with a poached egg on top.

Zesty Bean n Artichoke Salad!  This bean salad includes artichokes, red n white kidney beans, garbanzo beans, white n green onion, tomato n bell pepper, in an Italian marinade dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad! About 150 calories per serving.

Pickled Beets!!  An ENCORE offering of our popular side! They’re zippy and will give you super powers (and colorful output too!). They are full of antioxidants, are anti-inflammatory, protect the liver, and promote cardiovascular health!. About 120 calories per serving

Lemon Chicken Soup NEW!!!  This brothy chicken soup is chock full of traditional veggies, chicken, and farfallina pasta with an uplifting flavor of lemon and rosemary.
Spicy Sweet Potato Soup!  A very different taste with so many healing spices! This brothy soup is quite exotic with sliced sweet potatoes, tomatoes, coriander, cumin seed, turmeric, thai chilis, and fresh ginger. (Only 100 calories/serving). heated if you prefer!  About 170 cals/serving.
