Barley-Veggie Soup!  You’ll feel so good after enjoying this soup. The taste alone is nice but the nutrition and super fiber content will make your body happy too.  Lots of veggies, lots of flavor; it’s that simply delicious. About 160 calories/serving.

Chicken n Lime Soup! A new version of our California Tortilla Soup. This flavorful brothy soup includes, celery, onion, diced tomato, and lime/cilantro to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories! We include home-cooked chicken, and a bit of avocado. About 120 cals/serving!.
Fresh Minestrone Soup! Fresh, flavorful vegan version of this favorite soup!  Includes zucchini, tomato, kidney beans, fresh basil, and ditalini pasta, Less than 150 calories per serving.

Quinoa Pilaf!  Kinda sweet, nutty and tart, with nuts, dried cranberry, green onion, basil, parsley, with an orangy vinaigrette dressing. Perfect for this time of year and certainly worth trying! It’s about 150 calories and contains plenty of protein from the quinoa.

Curried Chickpeas! Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) have so many nutrients, and aid in lowering cholesterol, weight loss and the impacts of diabetes. A great source of protein and fiber. Aztec Black Bean Soup! Something filling and flavorful. Just slightly spicy with roasted green chilies and a blend of spices. We keep it vegetarian and low-cal, so add you own dollop of sour cream or avocado or even salsa, if you want to make it super special! Approx. 200 calories.

Asian Slaw!  It’s raw, with a flavorful sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, toasted almonds, orangey cranberries, toasted sesame seeds, bell peppers, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 90 calories per serving.
