Toasted Rice Soup! Simple, but with vibrant flavors: toasted rice, spinach, onions, lemon zest, and a hint of nutmeg in a vegetable broth. SUGGESTION: Add some Parmeson cheese for some nutty accents! (170 calories/serving).

No-Mayo Coleslaw!   This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an sweetened vinegar marinade! Nice way to break-up a heavy holiday meal, or have as a light lunch.  (less than 90 calories per serving).

White Bean Dip!   Simply delicious!  Lemony-garlicky white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  It is a bit more mild than some of our other herby dips, so give it a try? Served with a stack of veggies.  It makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber.

This week, try our Holiday “Stuffing” Bowl. Coarse Bulgar mixed with sauteed green n white onion, celery, parsley, cranberries and sage. All in a bed of crunchy romaine.  Roasted TURKEY breast upon request (see below)!  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

This week’s salad includes a traditional favorite: Gourmet Tuna Salad!  A generous scoop of our flavorful dilly tuna salad surrounded by romaine, cucumber circles, tomato, celery, and carrots. (less than 250 calories/container). This is a protein salad: $7.50 each. (Served in plastic container)


VEGAN GREEN SALAD OPTION: Includes, cucumber, tomato, celery, carrots, corn, red onion with a creamy Ranch Dressing.

Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week we offer: Toffee Nut.
Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!  Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs! Purely Chocolate!
