Zesty Italian Sausage n Veggie Soup!  It’s got an Italian zip, with more! Full of flavor with lean sausage, zucchini, spinach, kidney beans, etc. Kinda like a soup version of a pizza without the cheese or extra calories!

Apple Slaw! This sweet-tart slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cherries, and walnuts. This is really delicious! About 125 cals/per serving.

Fantastic Macaroni Salad! This classic side dish has a few surprise ingredients to make is perky and satisfying! Includes bell peppers, pickle relish, green onion, parsley, in a zesty mayonnaise dressing. About 290 calories per serving.

Chipolte Hummus w/ stix!  Simply delicious! Lemon, garlic, chipolte, cumin, and chickpeas.  Perfect balance of spicy, heat, sweet and healthy!  Served with a stack of veggies, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.oy (about 250 calories/container)

Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week we offer: Cherry-Almond.
Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!  Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs! Purely Chocolate!
