Simply Veggie Soup!  This is a wonderful idea for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Only about 95 calories per serving! Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, leeks, carrots, celery, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash, greens, corn, tomatoes, etc. About 120 cals/serving!

Dilly Carrots!  So many ways to enrich our nutrition with whole foods!  This one is yummy too!  A great combination of dill and maple with al dente cooked carrots.  Simple, healthy and NUTRITIOUS!  Can be served hot or cold with only 75 calories.

Zesty Bean n Artichoke Salad!  This bean salad includes artichokes, red n white kidney beans, garbanzo beans, white n green onion, tomato n bell pepper, in an Italian marinade dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad! About 150 calories per serving.!

Black Bean Dip w/ stix!  A creamy healthy bean dip with pureed onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and green chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of fiber, protein and joy. Served with a stack of veggie sticks.

Roasted Veggie Wrap/Bowl! Includes: Fresh couscous with roasted peppers, onions, garlic, toasted almonds, a bit of avocado (if market allows); cradled in a bed of romaine.. About 320 calories per serving!

Toasted Sesame Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: tomatoes, carrots, garbanzo beans, red onion, cucumber, olives with a creamy Tahini dressing. (less than 290 calories/container)

Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week we offer: Cherry-Almond.
Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!  Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs! Purely Chocolate!
