Lebanese Vegetable Soup! Let’s enjoy this traditional (vegetarian version) comfort-soup filled with flavors. It will not be too spicy, but will be very spice-full with hints of ginger, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and caraway. Includes toasted Lebanese couscous, lentils, veggies, lemon and parsley too! This hearty soup is about 185 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-full.

Quinoa with Nuts n Berries! Perfect blend of taste with super nutrition!  Quinoa is the only plant protein source that contains all essential amino acids!  Perfect for the vegan and their friends!  Quinoa is not a grain; it’s a seed from the chard family.  This side includes fresh scallions, parsley and mint, with almonds and dried currents, blended in a zesty lime dressing.  About 180 cals per serving.

Mexican Pickled Carrots!  Just like the Mexican restaurants serve! Pickled carrots and cauliflower in a spicy brine of vinegar, oregano, garlic, and jalepenos! Only 80 cals per serving and can last in the fridge for a few weeks!

Creamy Mexican Dip!! Our Greek yogurt-based dip includes black beans, salsa, fresh cilantro and Mexican spices for something healthy and delicious! Served with a stack of veggies.

Yummy Bowls! This week, try our Rosemary Bowl!  Includes: lemony couscous, rosemary, roasted red pepper, and cucumber rolled with crunchy romaine. Less than 320 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

Heritage Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: corn, tomato, bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, pecans with a zesty French dressing. (less than 270 calories/container).

Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!  Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs! Purely Chocolate!
