Let’s enjoy this traditional (vegetarian version) comfort-soup filled with flavors. It will not be too spicy, but will be very spice-full with hints of ginger, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and caraway. Includes toasted Lebanese couscous, garbanzo beans, veggies, lemon and parsley too! This hearty soup is about 185 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-full.

 Brazilian Black Bean Soup!  Brazil : warm but mild with a bit of exotic latin flavor in a hearty, healthy soup.  I’m told it freezes well. This is a semi-pureed soup with a bit of garlic, cumin, carrots, coriander and laced with sherry and orange juice, and a bit of bacon crumbles!
