Spicy Sweet Potato Soup! A very different taste with so many healing spices! This brothy soup is quite exotic with sliced sweet potatoes, tomatoes, coriander, cumin seed, turmeric, and fresh ginger. (Only 100 calories/serving).
Karmic Carrot Salad! Thinly sliced blanched carrots is the magic in this side dish. Add some almonds, cranberries, honey, and some savory spices, including cinnamon, garlic, parsley, and cumin, and you may transform metaphysically! Each serving is less the 100 calories.

Toasted Rice Soup! Amazing taste with toasted brown rice, spinach, onions, lemon zest, and a hint of nutmeg in a vegetable broth. I’ll include some Parmesan cheese as a separate topper to make this a SOUPer delight! (200 calories/serving, inc the cheese).
Marinated Cucumbers! Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty. Excellent for nibbling when the hunger or mood strikes. And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!
Red Pepper Dip w/ Celery! Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red pepper with blended chickpeas! Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.
“Buffalo Wing” Wrap/Bowl!
This week, try our tasty and healthy wrap or bowls! Yummy with a bit of hotness. Then wrapped with a bit of blue cheese, red onion, celery, lettuce and couscous. Includes a dipper of Hot Sauce.

Super Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: tomato, pecans, kidney beans, cucumber, carrots, radish, and apple, with an sesame dressing. (less than 250 calories/container). You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available, Peanut-Toffee or Banana-Berry.
Energy Brownies n Bars ! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Expresso or Pecan Blondies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
