How It Works!

It’s simple to become a part of our Soup Family!

  1. Each Wednesday early morning our upcoming menu is posted on our Home Page:  The Soup Calendar Blog. The menu changes each week to provide a variety of fresh choices of soups, sides, wraps, dips and salads. And, even power bars and brownies!
  2. Submit your order on Wednesday for the following week.  Either email to by or text/VM to 310-344-1039.   Please note the span of availability on the soup calendar;  we like to get it to you fresh, within a day or so of cookin.
  3. Decide if you want to pick up at our fitness studio (21512 Budlong Ave, Torrance, 90502), or if you want us to deliver.   If you want delivery, we can discuss the delivery route options. Then either alert your office master that something is coming (and leave her with the mula),  or leave a small icebox cooler for us (with mula)  and we will fill it, as requested.
  4. Repeat each week!
