gaspacho Cool Gazpacho! This is a perfect summer meal!  So fresh with cucumber, celery, tomato, parsley, pepper and a fresh spicy kick! Can be served cold or warm. A slice of  avocado is provided while supplies last!  Did I mention this is the perfect low-calorie meal?   Our generous serving is only 90 calories.TIP: pour some of this in your big-mouthed water bottle and enjoy while you cycle or workout!  Many of my clients use this as their energy drink!

Lebanese Veg Soup Lebanese Vegetable Soup! Let’s enjoy this traditional (vegetarian version) comfort-soup filled with flavors.  It will not be too spicy, but will be very spice-full with hints of ginger, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and caraway.  Includes toasted Lebanese couscous, garbanzo beans, veggies, lemon and parsley too!
