Curried Veggie Soup!  We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving). Item may not look like photo

Kale n Bean Decadence! This has everything you need to love.  Healthy kale and beans, braised with BACON , onions, garlic, and other seasonings.  Basically… we have added some healthy leafy veggies and legumes to make decadent cuisine sinless.   About 200/serving.

Roasted Garlic Hummus  w/ Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of healing roasted garlic blended in our famous hummus  Served with a stack of carrots, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Mexi-Corn Chowder!  You know you want it.  The comfort of a potato/corn chowder with the warm hints of jalapeno and cilantro .  This recipe was posted by Chef Shafer, so you know it will be tasty!  (soup contains dairy).  Yum at 240 calories.

Asian Slaw! A slightly updated version of this tasty side! It’s raw, with a flavorful sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, toasted almonds, orangy cranberries, toasted sesame seeds, bell peppers, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 90 calories per serving..

SpiceFul Indian Bean Dip Made of  beans, tahini, mint, cardamon, cumin, and chili seeds.  Its flavorful and low calorie!!!. Served with celery sticks!  It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy..

In addition, herbalists refer to fennel as an intestinal antispasmodic that relieves intestinal spasms or cramps. This is a vegan, low-calorie, delicious meal!  About 190 cals per serving.

Tomato Cucumber Bliss!  This is one of my favorites for FRESH and FLAVORFUL!  Similar to a Capri Salad without the diary.  This delight includes tomatoes,  cucumber, red onion, chopped basil and parsley, marinated in a zippy vinaigrette and a peppercini topper.  Less than 100 cals/serving
