  Green Velvet Soup!  She ain’t pretty, but a ton more flavor than a typical pea soup.  There are many flavonoids pureed in this tasty soup, including broccoli, split pea, zucchini, spinach, celery, potato, dill, and more.  It’s a surprising favorite and you will immediately feel the nutrients activate your body.   Each serving is about 130 calories
Quinoa Side

Quinoa with Nuts n Berries! Perfect blend of taste with super nutrition!  Quinoa is the only plant protein source that contains all essential amino acids!  Perfect for the vegan and their friends!  Quinoa is not a grain; it’s a seed from the chard family.  This side includes fresh scallions, parsley and mint, with toasted almonds and currants, blended in a zesty lime dressing. About 180 cals per serving

Hot n Sour Soup

Hot n Sour Soup!  Asian flavors…a little hot, a little sour. Flavors include:  ginger, garlic, mushrooms,greens, bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro.  This soup is great for calorie-consciousness people at only 90 calories per serving

Marinated Cucumbers!

Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty.  And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!

Cool Gaspacho!!  This is a perfect hot-weather meal!  So fresh with cucumber, celery, tomato, parsley, pepper and a fresh spicy kick! Can be served cold or warm. Some accents of  avocado provided in soup while supplies last! Did I mention this is the perfect low-calorie meal?   Our generous serving is only 90 calories.TIP: pour some of this in your big-mouthed water bottle and enjoy while you cycle or workout!  Many of my clients use this as their energy drink!!
Red Pepper Bisque!Red Pepper Soup  This soup is a favorite of many of our Souptarians! It contains a confrontation of roasted red peppers, garlic, onions, spices, and organic cream.  About 180 cals/serving.
Herby Parmesan Chickpeas!   So much flavor wrapped around a bean, including, lemon, basil, parsley, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.  Kinda nutty, tart, and healthy!  Beans are dense in calories but filled with good fiber, protein, and nutrition.  Don’t be scared at the 250 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!

Kale n Yam Soup African Kale & Yam Soup!  This soup has a wonderful ethnic feel to it. Brothy with a bit of chili powder, garlic, miso, curry and brown rice.   About 150 cals per serving.

Lovely Lentil Soup Lovely Lentil Soup! Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged-out like those other trendy soups.  It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor (no curry).  Our generous serving is about 180 calories.

Peach n Barley Delight Peach & Walnut Barley Delight. So glad its becoming peach season.  We all love this!  A fresh salad that gets a welcome crunch from walnuts and the fiber-filled barley and the fresh sweetness of home-grown peaches (thanks Susan!).  Includes extra flavor from parsley, bell pepper, citrus and chili powder.  No Feta this time.
