Roasted Fennel _ Cauliflower Soup   Roasted Fennel n Cauliflower Soup!   This smooth, soothing soup will not only warm your taste buds, it will cure your gastro ailments.  Fennel provides an excellent source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber.
