Potato Leek Soup! So soothing, creamy and tasty … without any dairy. We roast potatoes w/ skin and garlic, combine it with sauteed leeks, and a bit of corn. Then we season it with parsley, thyme and marjoram. Semi-pureed this time. Calories are about 180.
Marinated Cucumbers! Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty. And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!

Kale n Bean Decadence! This has everything you need to love. Healthy kale and beans, braised with BACON , onions, garlic, and other seasonings. Basically… we have added some healthy leafy veggies and legumes to make decadent cuisine sinless. About 200/serving.

You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!
Natural Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).
