Healthy Turkey Noodle Soup! Home-made turkey stock with yummy veggies, turkey tid-bits and broad noodles. Much healthier than store/restaurant brands. It will feel like home, I promise! Our generous serving is about 200 calories
! Another favorite with lots of flavor and fiber. A great source of protein from the lentils and garnished with carrots, parsley, bell pepper, red onion, and tons of spices. Each serving is about 16 grams of protein, 15 grams of fiber and about 190 cals.
White Bean Dip!
Simply delicious! Lemony-garlicky white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip! It is a bit more mild than some of our other herby dips, so give it a try? Served with a stack of celery. It makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber.

Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week we offer Cranberry-Orange.
