Southwest Soup Southwest Soup!  A vegetarian southwest soup with surprising flavors:    jalapeno, black beans, bell pepper, corn, and onion, with a pumpkin soup base.  Many say its super! (about 230 cals/serving, but provides tons of fiber and plant protein).

Roasted Beets Dilly Roasted Beets!  This a lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm.  We supply a tart dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, sweet onion and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts. Great alone or on a bed of greens.   About 130 calories per serving.!

 

   Traditional Hummus  Traditional Hummus w/ Dippers!  Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and tahini!  This traditional hummus is topped with parsley and paprika, the traditional way!  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy

Homemade Tomato Bisque Tomato n Basil Bisque!  We use fresh tomatoes to blend an incredible chunky tomato bisque, complete with onion, carrot, garlic basil, and a bit of cream. Good warm or cold.  Let me know what you think!.

Kale Slaw Holy Kale Slaw!  Kale never tasted so good!  We combine finely chopped kale and coleslaw with a delicious sweet-spicy-nutty-tahini dressing. Topped with a few almonds and sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!!  About 150 cals per serving.

Healthy Turkey Souip Healthy Turkey Soup!  Home-made turkey stock with yummy veggies, turkey tid-bits and broad noodles.  Much healthier than store/restaurant brands.  It will feel like home, I promise!  Our generous serving is about 200 calories.

Maple Dill Carrots Maple-Dill Carrots!  So many ways to enrich our nutrition with whole foods!  This one is yummy too!  A great combination of subtle herbs and sweetness with a’ dente carrots.  Simple, healthy and NUTRITIOUS!  Can be served hot or cold with only 75 calories.
