Broccoli Floret Soup!  Did you know that broccoli is a great source of calcium and protein?    This soup is creamy without any dairy.  The surprise is the broccoli remains in florets instead of being pureed.  A serving is about 150 calories with 8 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber.
 
Classic Celery Bisque! Simple classic flavors that should be savored! We blend leeks, celery and potato into a smooth gratifying puree, laced with creme friache, lemon, and a touch of cayenne. Let it fill your taste buds. About 200 cals per serving.
Dilly Carrots!  So many ways to enrich our nutrition with whole foods!  This one is yummy too!  A great combination of dill and maple with al dente cooked carrots.  Simple, healthy and NUTRITIOUS!  Can be served hot or cold with only 75 calories.
Shell Pasta Salad!  A classic pasta salad for all of us to enjoy! Includes a bit of boiled egg, celery, bell pepper, onion so that it feels as fresh as home! About 150 cals.
White Bean Dip!   Simply delicious!  Lemony-garlicky white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  Served with a stack of veggies.  It makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber

Spinach Green Salad NEW! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad is dedicated to DONNA! she rocks and loves and promotes our food! This week salads include a bed of baby spinach with: mushrooms, dried cranberries, celery, tomato, sunflower seeds, red onion, with a raspberry-balsamic dressing.
