Lovely Lentil Soup!  Not yet a fan of the lentil? Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups. It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor. Our generous serving is about 180 calories.

Oriental Slaw! It’s raw, with a delicate sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with Cabbage is mixed with green onion, toasted almonds, orangey cranberries, toasted sesame seeds, bell peppers, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 80 calories per serving.

Mexican Quinoa! I love this deli-side – it’s light, zippy, and filled with good proteins! It’s naturally sweet from the corn and red bell peppers, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a very slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds.
SERVING SUGGESTION: make your own wrap or add to your enchilada filling!

Tzatziki w/ Stix!   Otherwise known as that yogurt and cucumber dip you love at Greek restaurants.  Made with with yogurt, cucumber, fresh mint and dill, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Veggie dippers included.

Chicken n Lime Soup! A new version of our California Tortilla Soup. This flavorful brothy soup includes, celery, onion, diced tomato, and lime/cilantro to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories! We include home-cooked chicken, and a bit of avocado. About 120 cals/serving!.

Kale n Squash Soup!  This is a perfect balanced soup, that will fill your soul for breakfast as well as the other meals.  Deep blended flavors of , kale, roasted squash, tomatoes, white beans, and seasoned with fresh rosemary, thyme and just a bit of heat of Serrano chili peppers.  All in about 180 cals/serving
Dilly Garbanzos! So fresh and filling. We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add fresh cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving.

West African Peanut Soup! Another requested favorite!!! Spicy n sweet!   Includes a flavorful chunky veggie puree with brown rice and bell peppers. Calories are about 230.

Smoked Turkey n Bean Soup NEW!!  A twist on traditional ham and navy bean soup. We are trying this together so not sure how thick or brothy this will be; just trust me, it will be great! About 250 calories per serving!
Carrot -Thyme Bisque! We always receive great feedback on this soup, so it’s thyme to offer it again!  A flavorful carrot bisque without any dairy!  Onion, leeks, garlic, carrots, and some fresh thyme and fennel to give it pizazz.

Smokey Black Beans n Squash   Spicy, nutritious, fresh. We combine, roasted butternut squash, with walnuts, black beans, just a splash of Feta cheese (can request no cheese) combined with an adobe/honey dressing.  YUM!  About 200 cals/serving due to the high density nutrients/fiber.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Roll into corn tortillas and add cheese for an exotic enchilada
