 How about some hearty, un-beefy Rich Barley w/ Shrooms Soup.  It’s vegetarian but will have the savory rich taste that belongs with barley and mushrooms. Many say it’s their favorite soup and its gonna be a lot cooler next week!  What more can we say?

Quinoa Pilaf

Quinoa Pilaf!  Kinda sweet, nutty and tart, with nuts, dried cranberry, green onion, basil, parsley, with a vinaigrette dressing. Perfect for this time of year and certainly worth trying!  It’s about 150 calories and contains plenty of protein from the quinoa.

White Bean Dip White Bean Dip!   Simply delicious! Lemony-garlicy white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  It is a bit more mild than some of our other herby dips, so give it a try? Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Yummy Bowls/Wraps!  This week, try our tasty and healthy  Italiano Wrap!  All the flavor and mindful of the calories..we bring you a zesty meal. A sprinkle of dry salami, couscous, black olive, pepperccini, red onion, basil and romaine.   Can request No Salami if ordered by Saturday for next week.

You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday).

Tawdry Tortellini Soup!  It’s so good, it’s sinful (yet far healthier than a restaurant version).  Of course it’s filled with love, but I’ll keep us in calorie-control with cheese-filled tortellini, kielbasa, peas, tomatoes, fennel, leeks, and spinach.  Treat yourself, it’s still less than 250 cals per serving

  Grandma’s Cabbage Soup!   You know this if you have ever treated yourself to cabbage soup when you’ve been sick, or on a cleanse.  It has souper powers!   Let us serve you with a veggie brothy soup with cabbage, tomato, celery, onion, garlic, and herbs.  Less than 90 calories per serving!

Red Lentil SoupExotic Red Lentil Soup! Filled with curry, mint, and coconut flavors with butternut squash, yams, mushrooms and super taste! It will put a smile on your face and another smile in your tummy. This hearty soup is about 280 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-ful.

3 plus bean salad Three Plus Bean Salad!  Our bean salad includes green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, wax beans,  corn, white and green onion, in a sweet n tart dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad!  About 150 calories per serving..
