Curried Veggie Soup Curried Veggie Soup!  We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).

Lemon Lentils Lemony Lentil Side!  Lentils are special!  Packed with fiber, protein and very sustainable!  Let’s celebrate them with this refreshing salad that has the unique flavor of TARRAGON, including tri-color bell peppers, green onions, lemon, Dijon mustard, and seasonings. It’s going to fill your mouth with freshness n flavor! (about 190 calories).

Tortillini Soup Tawdry Tortellini Soup!  It’s so good, it’s sinful (yet far healthier than a restaurant version).  Of course it’s filled with love, but I’ll keep us in calorie-control with cheese-filled tortellini,  kielbasa, peas ,fennel,leeks, and spinach.  Treat yourself, it’s still less than 250 cals per serving
 
Maple Carrots w_Dill Maple Carrots w/ Dill  NEW!! So many ways to enrich our nutrition with whole foods!  This one is yummy too!  Sweet with herbs with our blanched carrots. Simple, healthy and NUTRITIOUS!  Can be served hot or cold.

Hummus w_ Pomegranite   Hummus w/ Pomegranate!  May be last of the season for this POPPING fresh hummus!  Home-made and delicious hummus  with a stack of carrots, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

          
   
  Rosemary Chicken Wrap Yummy Bowls/Wraps!  This week, try our tasty and healthy  Rosemary Bowl/Wrap! Includes lemon zesty couscous, rosemary, roasted red pepper, red onion, and celery,  rolled with crunchy romaine. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  avocado, tomatoes, corn, red onion, black beans, celery, sunflower seeds, and a creamy Ranch dressing. g (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday). Hand-crafted Protein Bars Natural Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available:   Cinnamon Raisin, Banana-Berry,  or Pumpkin Spice.

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon, walnuts n espresso make these treats special!
