Vegetarian Chili! A picture cannot do it justice… its about the aroma and blended flavors…many many flavors, some are even a secret.  But the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include butternut squash, beans, diced tomatoes, mushroom, celery, cilantro, chipolte peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!

Dilly Bulgar Dilly Garbanzos!  So fresh and filling.  We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add fresh tomatoes, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving.

carrot date Carrot n Date Bisque!  Thank you Chef Shafer, of the Depot (downtown Torrance), for sharing this delightful treat. It’s sweet, light, tasty and creamy.  Let’s enjoy.  This will include a very small amount of dairy
Korean Bean Sprouts!  Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian flavor. Includes sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered bell pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts.  I hope you enjoy it!

Bruschetta   Breadless Bruschetta!  This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment.  Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers!  Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. No dippers (as shown in photo)… it needs nothing devour!   Only about 80 calories/serving.

Rosemary Chicken Wrap Yummy Bowls/Wraps!  This week, try our tasty and healthy  Mediterranean Bowl/Wrap! with fine lemony-mint couscous, red onion, olive, hummus, sun dried tomato, and crunchy romaine. CAN REQUEST FETA CHEESE  IF ORDERED BY SAT.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

      • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
      • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!
  Italiano Salad Italian Green Salad! 

This week’s salad includes:  artichoke, red onion w/ basil, kidney beans, celery, olives, pepperchinis, with a home-made Italian vinaigrette.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday). Hand-crafted Protein Bars Natural Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available:   Cinnamon Raisin, Banana-Berry,  or Pumpkin Spice.   

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon, walnuts n espresso make these treats special!
